I'm planning on hitting the treadmill one day and then resting the next.
For today I will be doing stretching exercises at my desk. This will reduce chances of any muscle tears/cartilage injuries that might cause me to stop exercising altogether.
Breakfast was a bowl of mueslix with some milk and a banana. Not sure what will be for lunch. I'll likely run to a grocery store and pick up a salad. I believe wife is making up a black bean soup for dinner.
