Good morning everybody. After a late night celebrating Noche Buena, (Christmas Eve) I am working 6 hours today at work. Last night's feast included Cuban style roast pork, Yuca in mojo, Moros and Cristianos (black beans with rice).
The Lorcaserin Hydrochloride appears to be working to reduce my appetite. Normally at a feast like this I would have had seconds (perhaps even thirds). The urge to eat more didn't happen. At dessert I took small samples of each of the desserts available (a Tablespoon or so of each, as an ex-professional cook I always enjoyed sampling).
Today I've taken my dose of Lorcaserin and had a sugar free cocoa. If I can find a place open after work I'll look for some lobster tails and make enchilados de langosta. A cuban recipe for lobster made with garlic, onions, pimientas, tomato sauce and dry white wine.
That's all for now. I will likely post again later today.

Roger,
Any updates on your progress?
I apologize for taking so long to get back writing. I had intended to start the exercise program right on the first of the year. Unfortunately a bout with the Flu received on New Year's Eve and my work schedule did not allow me to proceed. I am still waiting on purchasing a couple more items that will increase the amount of information available. A salter electronic scale and a heart monitor which straps around my chest and communicates with a wrist watch/computer device.
